Household Recycling - Blue Bin
Dreamview Village has chosen Blu Planet as the company that will collect our recycling. The Blue Box is in the garage.
Recycling and glass are collected every Friday around noon.
What can you recycle? You do not need to separate the items EXCEPT:
REMEMBER TO KEEP GLASS SEPARATE.

Organic Materials include the following:

Plate scrapings and leftovers

Vegetable and fruit trimmings

Meat, dairy, eggs and bones
-
Compostable plateware, utensils (no styrofoam or plastics of any kind)

Coffee grounds, tea bags

Soiled paper towel and napkins
Organic materials may be placed directly in the green bin or saved in disposable bags you can purchase at most grocery stores and disposed in the green bin at your convenience. The green bin will be collected by Blueplanet Recycling Inc. weekly.
Residents must buy their own counter top recycling container and compostable bags.

Bottle and Drink Container Recycling
If you have bottles that can be taken to get a refund, please put them in the large gray box in the upper area of the clubhouse, inside the cloak room. The money collected from these bottles is given to the Social Committee. Contact them if you would like to help with this job.
If you can't take them to the clubhouse call either:

They will come, pick them up and bring them to the clubhouse.
